We are seeking a Director of Sustainability to join our client's dynamic team and drive impactful projects that make a real difference. If you have a wealth of experience in Integrated Environmental Solutions (IES) and a network of clients ready to collaborate, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop sustainability strategies across various projects.
- Leverage your IES expertise to deliver cutting-edge solutions that enhance environmental performance.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships, bringing new business opportunities to the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices into all aspects of operations.
- Mentor and develop junior staff to build a strong sustainability culture within the organization.
Ideal candidate:
- Chartered Engineer with a strong background in sustainability and environmental engineering.
- Extensive experience in IES, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Existing client relationships that can be leveraged to generate new business.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Passionate about driving change and promoting sustainable practices.
