One of the largest housing associations in the UK is seeking an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor with experience in residential or housing sectors to oversee and ensure the quality and compliance of electrical installations. This role requires a professional with a NICEIC qualification who is committed to maintaining high standards and safety.

Day-to-day of the role:
* Supervise and oversee all electrical installations to ensure compliance with current regulations and standards.
* Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor the quality of work and adherence to safety protocols.
* Provide technical guidance and support to the electrical team.
* Ensure all electrical work is completed to a high standard and within the allocated timeframes.
* Manage and maintain records of all electrical certifications and documentation.
* Liaise with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective coordination of work.
* Lead training sessions for the electrical team to ensure everyone is updated on the latest industry standards and practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* NICEIC qualification is essential.
* Proven experience as an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor, particularly in residential or housing sectors.
* Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety standards.
* Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
