37 hours per week on a 2-week shift pattern: 
•    Monday to Thursday 8.00am-4.30pm, Friday 8.00am-1.00pm
•    Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm, Friday 8.30am -3.30pm

The Role
As a French speaking Export sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing exports sales to our French customers, overseeing orders from distributors and retailers from initial order through to delivery.
Responsibilities:
•    Process and coordinate export orders, from invoicing to shipment tracking
•    Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including despatch, production & hauliers (documents and shipment notices, customs)
•    Ensure export documentation is accurate and compliant
•    Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to order queries efficiently

What We’re Looking For
•    Fluency in French and English (written and verbal)
•    Experience with Export Documentation and commercial invoicing
•    Proven track record in customer service
•    Attention to detail
•    Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
