Job title: Faults Administrator

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking a Faults Administrator on behalf of a leading infrastructure company.
Job purpose:
We are seeking a proactive and flexible individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to the faults team. In this role, you will work collaboratively within the team to complete various tasks by following established policies and procedures. You will be responsible for handling queries and issues within your area, ensuring the most appropriate actions are taken within procedural guidelines. As a frontline support to field engineers, you'll focus on improving dial-up performance and supporting project-driven communication change rollouts.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and Meet SLAs: Ensure awareness of contractual SLAs for NHH, HH, and sub-metering faults and actively contribute to meeting these SLAs.
Manage Daily and Weekly Targets: Work according to daily and weekly goals set by the faults team leader. Be adaptable in managing your workload to meet these targets and adjust priorities as needed.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and improve industry and customer performance, generating reports that provide visibility of progress.
Customer Interaction: Resolve queries from internal and external customers in a timely manner using various communication channels, including phone. Process Improvement: Support the team with administrative tasks related to process improvement, including gathering and implementing suggestions.
Data Entry and Accuracy: Ensure that data entered into back-office systems is accurate and of high quality.

Qualifications/Experience:
Customer Relationship Management: Ability to manage relationships effectively with both internal and external customers.
