  • Must hold a recognised IQA award (TAQA Level 4 or equivalent).
  • Must hold a minimum of 2 years' experience within Hospitality at Assistant Manager level or above (Front of House) - to include: Housekeeping, Reception, Front Office, Outlet, Food and Beverage.
  • Experience as a Chef would be beneficial, but not essential. 
  • Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people. 
  • Must be flexible with travel as needed.
Role duties;
  • Internal Verification / Quality Assurance of Hospitality EPA Assessments up to Level 4.
  • Complete audits on assessments, across all standards in-line with the Quality Strategy.
  • Administration of EPA quality files, to include: CV's, Certificates, PDP Plans etc.
  • Undertake EPA duties with a small caseload of Apprentices to ensure practice remains current.
  • Monitor the occupational CPD of EPA's (Back to the Floor activities etc.) and ensure it meets company and industry requirements.
  • Carry out regular observations of activity, sharing best practice and ongoing support to include one to ones and reviews.
  • Conduct Apprentice and Employer satisfaction surveys.
  • Prepare and support with EQA visits.
  • Conduct regular standardisation meetings.
