I am excited to partner with this client in the financial services sector who's on the hunt for a passionate and experienced HR Administrator/Assistant to join their expanding team! This role is an opportunity to make an impact, gain valuable ownership, and be a key player in shaping the HR function of a growing company!

Your day-to-day will include:

Owning the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and offboarding.
Taking charge of the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers to find the perfect candidates, managing pre-screens, and leading offer management.
Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers on policies and best practices.
Supporting employee relations case work, such as absence and performance management.
Assisting the HR Manager with exciting ad-hoc projects.
Keeping the HR system up-to-date and accurate to ensure smooth operations.

Who we're looking for:

2-3 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
CIPD Level 3 or equivalent.
Experience in financial services.
Has supported on employee relations case work such as absence and performance management.
Experience working with HRIS systems and reporting on key HR metrics.
Competent knowledge of UK employment law and best HR practice for policies and procedures.
An organised and confident candidate who can work autonomously.
