I am excited to partner with this client in the financial services sector who's on the hunt for a passionate and experienced HR Administrator/Assistant to join their expanding team! This role is an opportunity to make an impact, gain valuable ownership, and be a key player in shaping the HR function of a growing company!

What's in it for you?You'll be reporting directly to the HR Manager, giving you hands-on experience as you take on more responsibility. If you're a junior HR professional with a generalist background, looking for that exciting next challenge, this will be the role for you.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Owning the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and offboarding.
  • Taking charge of the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers to find the perfect candidates, managing pre-screens, and leading offer management.
  • Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers on policies and best practices.
  • Supporting employee relations case work, such as absence and performance management.
  • Assisting the HR Manager with exciting ad-hoc projects.
  • Keeping the HR system up-to-date and accurate to ensure smooth operations.

Who we're looking for:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
  • CIPD Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Experience in financial services.
  • Has supported on employee relations case work such as absence and performance management.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and reporting on key HR metrics.
  • Competent knowledge of UK employment law and best HR practice for policies and procedures.
  • An organised and confident candidate who can work autonomously.
