Your day-to-day will include:
- Owning the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and offboarding.
- Taking charge of the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers to find the perfect candidates, managing pre-screens, and leading offer management.
- Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers on policies and best practices.
- Supporting employee relations case work, such as absence and performance management.
- Assisting the HR Manager with exciting ad-hoc projects.
- Keeping the HR system up-to-date and accurate to ensure smooth operations.
Who we're looking for:
- 2-3 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent.
- Experience in financial services.
- Has supported on employee relations case work such as absence and performance management.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and reporting on key HR metrics.
- Competent knowledge of UK employment law and best HR practice for policies and procedures.
- An organised and confident candidate who can work autonomously.
