- HR Administration: You’ll manage the HR inbox, handle payroll systems, and prepare interview packs, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. You’ll conduct ID checks, right-to-work verification's, and assist with on-boarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition for all new employees.
- Compliance & Record Keeping: This role involves maintaining key compliance documentation. You will monitor staff compliance with mandatory training and maintain up-to-date personnel files. Additionally, you'll pull reports and support audits to ensure consistency and adherence to regulations.
- Recruitment Support: You’ll assist in recruitment by preparing job advertisement packs and organising interview schedules. You'll also ensure that all recruitment documentation is compliant with legal standards.
- Meeting Support: Someone with experience in minute-taking for HR meetings is desirable ensuring all notes are accurate and documented.
- Training & Development: Administering and tracking staff training will also be part of your role, you will assist with continuous professional development (CPD) tracking and help document completed training.
- Systems Management: You will be working with HR systems and tools, including Every & Excel, to update and maintain employee records, monitor probation periods, and liaise with payroll regarding contract amendments.
