Our client, a leading school tour operator is seeking an Itinerary Co-ordinator to join their educational music tours team. You will be responsible for planning itineraries for school groups travelling to various destinations for school trips. The role is Monday to Friday with a salary of up to £28,000 dependent on experience. Itinerary Co-ordinator responsibilities:

  • Liaise regularly with the group leader from the booking stage until departure
  • Schedule and book concert and rehearsal venues appropriate to the ensembles, visits, and activities.
  • Liaise regularly with accommodation centres regarding rooming requirements, meals and general enquiries
  • Be willing to visit resorts/destinations as and when requested
  • Assist with booking enquiries
  • Work with suppliers and update on changes and dietary requirements

Itinerary Co-ordinator requirements:

  • Show excellent interpersonal, organisational and admin skills
  • Experience within music travel is highly desired
  • Ability to build and develop relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Ensure the best possible experience for children
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge
  • Be fluent ideally in another European Language (French, German, Italian or Spanish)
