Blue Arrow is proud to be working in partnership with a Contract Caterer who are currently looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join one of their sites on a permanent basis for a higher education provider.
Salary: £32,000
Hours: Between 6:30am-7:00pm on a rota basis (mostly Mon-Fri) but some weekend work will be required to support hospitality and events
About the Junior Sous Chef role:As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for planning, preparation, cooking and presentation of food to the standard required by the Company and the Client.
You will also be responsible for all stock control, waste control and ensuring that all hygiene and H&S requirements are met to the highest standards. You will work closely with our leadership team on site.
