We are looking for an experienced and reliable Handy Person to join our growing maintenance team, covering both tenanted and vacant properties in the Nottingham area. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of repairs, maintenance, and renewals, from changing taps to painting walls, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance and repair tasks in both tenanted and empty properties.
  • Carry out a wide range of general repairs and renewals, including plumbing, painting, and basic carpentry.
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently , aiming to complete all work "Right First Time."
  • Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own van.
  • Proven experience in domestic repairs and general maintenance.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.
