- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Complete servicing, filter changes and repairs on Air Conditioning units.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with building services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff and departments.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer or similar role.
- Mechanical or Electrical NVQ.
- AC qualifications.
- Experience with Air Conditioning units.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid UK driver's license and willingness to travel between campus buildings as needed.
