This is a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leading sustainability consultancy who provide their highly technical energy services to clients across the UK. They are on the lookout for an OCDEA to hit the ground running for the Energy team in their Nottingham offices.

Role responsibilities for an OCDEA include:

  • Produce SAP calculations and EPCs for residential projects
  • Provide clients with advice and solutions on energy efficiency and sustainability so their projects are in compliance with UK regulations
  • Work alongside architects and engineers to deliver energy assessments for projects
  • Produce general energy and sustainability reports and stay up to date with the best practices

The ideal OCDEA will have:

  • Previous experience within a relevant role delivering SAP assessments and EPCs for residential projects
  • An OCDEA qualification
  • Proficiency with software such as Design Builder and good knowledge of energy efficiency and UK Building Regulations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Would be desirable to have some experience with sustainable construction and TM59 overheating assessments
