This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced OCDEA based near Nottingham, to join an expanding team of air tightness testers, BREEAM assessors, and building physics engineers.
About the OCDEA Role:
In this role, you'll be instrumental in delivering accurate SAP assessments and reports, sustainability and energy statements, embodied carbon analysis, and life cycle analysis (LCA). Your duties will include producing EPCs, verifying compliance evidence, and working closely with other team members on diverse projects. Additionally, you will mentor junior colleagues and maintain communication with clients.
Requirements to be considered for this OCDEA Role:
- OCDEA qualified with experience in SAP Assessments and energy performance evaluations.
- Strong understanding of building regulations and energy efficiency standards
- Proficiency with energy modelling software (e.g., IES-VE, Elmhurst Design SAP)
- Experience with OneClick LCA
- Based in or around Nottingham with the willingness to work in-office
- Full right to work in the UK
