Providing holistic, advice and information in a responsive manner ensuring the needs of our service users, who often experience multiple and complex disadvantages are met."Believe in a future where older people, who come into contact with the Justice system, can lead healthy, dignified and fulfilling lives.

Hours and shift patternsMonday to Friday 09:00-17:00. Potential of some Hybrid days.Daily responsibilities1. Service Delivery and Support:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.

Essential requirements• Essential:o Educated to at least "A" level, DipSW, or NVQ level 3.o Teaching or training qualifications (or willing to work towards).• Desirable:o Degree level education or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant discipline.• Full current driving licence and use of vehicle.• Access to home-based broadband.Skillso Ability to build effective relationships.o Experience of working with older people, people in Criminal justice, or social care settings.o Experience of delivering services for older people.o Experience writing reports, letters, and other correspondence.o High level of IT literacy and a willingness to learn and use prison IT systems.o Strong motivational skills.Desirable requirements
