The Operations Team Lead position is a full-time role based in NG4, working Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 17:00.
The salary for this position ranges from £27,000 to £31,000, depending on experience.
Key responsibilities include weekly sales data analysis, route management, overseeing health & safety compliance, conducting risk assessments, and managing a small team of service staff.
Candidates should possess strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with great attention to detail and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
This is a temporary to permanent role, with a probationary period of 12 weeks before permanent employment is offered.
