In this role, you'll be responsible for order allocation management, ensuring that order errors and delays are resolved in a timely manner, manage incoming shipments and support customer services with any order allocation issues.

Day-to-day responsibilities of the Order Fulfilment Advisor will include:

  • Monitor order allocations and efficiently deal with any order delays
  • Investigate orders that have not been released
  • Liaising with internal departments such as Customer Service, Planning and Logistics
  • Provide support to the customer service team on order coverage issues, allocation challenges, order errors, etc.

Who we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a Customer Service, Administration, or Order Management role is highly desirable

To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong attention to detail and the ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders, as well as solid Microsoft Excel skills.
