An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PA to CEO, based in Nottingham.The roleTo provide high quality support to the CEO. This is an important role where the job holder is often considered to be the voice and the face of the CEO both internally and externally. Being able to think independently, work through problems systemically and calmly and being able to communicateEffectively, they are key parts of the role.To act as first point of contact for clients (current and potential) and colleagues and have the knowledge and expertise to know which issues and queries need to be referred to the CEOTo control and manage the CEO's diary, anticipating and prioritising as appropriate.Ensure that the CEO has all the necessary information and documentation for scheduled meetings.Ensure that action points from meetings are diarised and actioned accordingly.Ensure potential new clients are checked on the PROMS system at the first available opportunity.Order Valuations/Wealth Reports as required.Ensure the administration of the CEO's portfolio is exemplary and sets the standard for the other Advisers Occasional support as required by the MDMaintain an effective diary system to ensure clients are offered review meetings at the appropriate time.Contact clients and book review meetings using a diary colour coding system.Confirmation letters/emails are sent to clients and reminders set up.Prepare meeting packs for the CEO, including valuations and all other relevant documentsSkills requiredAbility to work effectively and efficiently in a fast moving and changingBusiness environment.Developed interpersonal skills and a professional and warm clientfacing manner.Ability to relate to the pressures on the CEO and ensure an effectiveand an efficient two-way relationshipTeam PlayerProduct and wealth Management/Financial Services knowledge would be desirable.The benefitsSalary up to £35kHybrid working - 50/50Pension scheme 5% & 3%25 days holiday + B/H + birthday if it falls on a weekdayDeath in Service benefit x 4Private Health Insurance available after 12 monthsOnsite ParkingExams paid if you wish to pursue further qualificationsCompany funded eventsWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.
