Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Advisors with end-to-end Paraplanning duties
- Research and analysis
- Provide support for suitability reports and file checks as needed.
- Organize team and adviser meetings, creating agendas and tracking action points.
Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Paraplanner: Level 4 minimum
- Leadership Skills: Experience supporting Advisors and clients
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiar with FCA regulations and reporting.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with financial planning software and Microsoft Office.
