Repairs Planner

08:45 am - 5:00 pm (Monday - Friday, 1 Saturday in 8, 8am - 2pm)

£24,000 per annum

Our client is keen to appoint a skilled planner to join their emergency repairs department! In this role, you will work under pressure and possess the ability to consistently proritise tasks as per incoming requests. You will ideally have worked with SAP but being IT savvy is essential!

Responsibilities:

  • Plan workload for repairs team daily
  • Manage re-planning as required in line with priority
  • Review geographical location of available technicians and plan accordingly
  • Raise Purchase Orders
  • Supporting to log requests/call outs, inputting details into SAP
  • Use Internal scheduling systems

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a similar role is ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Strong communicator
  • SAP knowledge advantageous
