We are seeking an experienced and driven individual to join a Client of ours in the Manufacturing sector in the role of Research Operations Lead. As a remote contract position, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work independently while still being part of a dynamic manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities:

Recruit Niche Customers
- Identify customers with specific needs that match the research requirements.
- Use various methods such as social media or LinkedIn outreach campaigns.

Product Testing
- Conduct product tests by recruiting participants who fit specified criteria.
- Manage all aspects from participant selection through testing processes & feedback gathering phases.

Phone and Email Outreach
-Conduct phone calls and emails outreach activities daily; follow up with potential clients within 24 hours after meeting them during conferences etc..

Scheduling Participants
-Schedule appointments between project stakeholders (research teams)and targeted individuals via online tools like Calendly .

Incentives Management
-Manage incentives given out following each successful study completion - ensure they're distributed on time according company policy guidelines

Project management
-Lead projects across multiple departments ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality standards set forth by business leads.


Qualifications :
The ideal candidate should have experience working remotely. They must be comfortable communicating virtually using video conferencing software, email applications, Slack channels amongst other communication platforms . The ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills , attention-to-detail coupled with good interpersonal relations will also come handy when leading cross-functional teams towards achieving common goals/objectives within prescribed deadlines even under tight timelines/stressful situations

Skills :
Excellent Communication Skills - Must possess outstanding written/verbal communication skills capable of articulating complex issues clearly whilst maintaining professionalism throughout interactions .
Resourcefulness- Ability to think creatively outside-the-box solutions required solve problems encountered along way thus keeping operations running smoothly regardless challenges faced till resolution achieved
