As part of our expansion, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Lead Generator to join our business development team. If you are passionate about sales and have a talent for identifying potential business opportunities, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.

Identify key contacts from target prospects to progress new prospects along the sales process.

Research and target new businesses within key industries and locations, make approaches and open up the conversation about our waste and sustainability services.

Qualify leads to ensure they meet the company's target criteria.

Schedule appointments and hand over, qualified leads to the sales and business development teams.

Maintain and update lead databases in the CRM system.

Track and report on lead generation metrics and KPIs.

Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise lead generation strategies.

Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or telemarketing.

Proven experience in appointment-making.

A team player with attention to detail and a passion for delivering superb customer experiences.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to build rapport and foster relationships over the phone and via email.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.

Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management software.

Knowledge or interest in the waste and recycling industry is a plus.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
