We’re partnering with a dynamic, forward-thinking independent Estate Agency in the Nottingham area, and they’re on the hunt for a driven and organised Sales Progressor to join their fast-paced team. If you're ready to make an impact and take the next step in your career, keep reading!

The primary focus of this role is to progress sales through to completion, with occasional support in negotiator duties when required.

The successful Sales Progressor will be offered:

  • £25,000 Basic
  • £30,000+ OTE

To be considered for the Sales Progressor role you must have:

  • Brilliant customer service skills
  • Experience in Sales Progression / Conveyancing
  • Proven track record progressing sales through to completion
  • Great organisational skills
  • Confidence

As a Sales Progressor, your role will involve:

  • Monitoring and prioritising workload to achieve targets
  • Looking after a pipeline of properties which are sold subject to contract
  • Chasing mortgage offers
  • Keeping in touch with agents
  • Communication with vendors and purchasers
  • Communicating effectively and professionally with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage lenders, agents, vendors and buyers
  • Arrange for contracts to be signed.
  • Updating Managers on the sale process
  • Progressing sales through to completion
