Role – Senior Fullstack Developer

Salary – £65,000-£75,000

Location – Fully Remote

Job Definition: As a Senior Developer, you will perform technical tasks such as analysis, design, programming, testing, installation, and software maintenance. This role involves resolving technical issues, improving existing products, and working on a variety of projects. You will work with technologies such as .NET web framework multi-tenant APIs and front-end development using React. The ideal candidate will be a team player, adaptable, and committed to producing high-quality products. The role is suited for a developer eager to learn, innovate, and make continuous improvements.

Examples of Duties: Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing scalable, high-performance web applications with a focus on security.
  • Implementing and enhancing CI/CD tooling.
  • Writing efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimizing databases.
  • Designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces using React.
  • Working with customers and support teams to troubleshoot issues.
  • Participating in development processes and using collaborative tools within a team.
  • Staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Participating in technical reviews of requirements, designs, and source code.
  • Designing and executing tests to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Reporting on project activities, progress, and challenges.
  • Designing new solutions or modifications from limited direction.
  • Mentoring junior developers and providing guidance within the team.

Required Qualifications & Experience: The role requires a broad skill set, including:

  • Proven experience in software development, particularly with multi-tenant web applications.
  • Proficiency in C# .NET and web front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
  • Understanding of web accessibility and responsive design.
  • Experience with database development and optimization using T-SQL.
  • Familiarity with live customer environments.
  • Strong attention to detail for high-quality, error-free code.
  • Ability to write and execute meaningful unit tests.
  • Experience managing dependencies and supporting applications/services.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with the React Admin framework.
  • Experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices.
