About The Firm...

We are working with a Chartered, Award Winning and established IFA firm whom provide high quality and reliable Financial Advice across the East Midlands. They consist of a team with strong work ethic, detemination and professionalism.

You will responsible for managing client relationships via telephone, email and face to face whilst updating CRM systems with accurate client information. You will also support paraplanners and financial advisors in carrying out research, writing basic suitability reports and preparing valuations. In addition to this you will submit new business and process pension and investment transactions.

About You...

- Have at least 3 years experience within a Financial Services Administration role

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Report writing experience

- Ability to multitask

- Knowledge of XPLAN software is desired
