Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

They are now looking for a Sensory Panel Leader to join their team & become part of their exciting plans for 2025.

The Role:

As a Sensory Panel Leader, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of sensory panel activities. This includes panel recruitment, training, & coordination to ensure the successful delivery of sensory evaluations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to product development & quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organise, & lead sensory sessions, ensuring smooth execution & accurate data collection.
  • Analyse sensory data & provide actionable insights to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with product development & R&D teams to align sensory evaluations with project goals.
  • Maintain high standards of quality & consistency in panel operations.

About You:

  • Experience in sensory evaluation or panel management is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational & communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Passion for understanding consumer behaviour & product quality.
