RTL Group are seeking a site agent to work on a civils projectinvolvingMEICA works and commissioning to take the job through to completion!
What will you beresponsible for?
As a Civils Site Agent, you'll be working within the site team, supporting them in on-site delivery of civil construction works.
Your Day To Day Will Include
- Completing daily records of the works, raise observations and report and investigate incidents.
- Producing and reviewing RAMS for all activities on site. Ensure they are implemented and amended when required.
- Updating and reviewing programme for all works carried out on-site.
- Ensure Inductions, RAMS briefings and TBT are completed and that all persons are competent for the tasks being undertaken.
What are we looking for?
- good knowledge and understanding of NEC4 Contracts including Early Warning Notices and Compensation Events
- Proven experience in a managing a civil works contract and knowledge of industry standards and methodologies.
- Experience with subcontractor management and site supervision
- First Aider and UK driving licence holder
Qualifications/ ExperienceRequired
- Knowledge and experience of wastewater treatment is a must!
- Temporary Works Supervisor or TWC.
- SMSTS.
- CSCS (Black).
- This role is Monday to Friday 7.30 - 5:30
