NextGen Teachers are currently recruiting for an Independent Specialist Provision based in Nottingham NG11. This position is perfect for a Science teacher who has experience supporting pupils with SEMH and SEN needs.
The provision prides themselves on offering a unique and highly supportive learning environment. With class sizes no larger than six pupils, you will have the opportunity to truly make a difference in the lives of our pupils. With a qualified class teacher and up to two teaching assistants to support you, you will be well-equipped to meet the complex SEMH needs of each and every child.
The school is located in Nottingham and has easily accessible public transport routes to and from the city centre. You would be joining a fantastic team of teachers and this school has a strong and effective behaviour policy and are ideally seeking a teacher who has experience working with vulnerable pupils
Successful applications will have:
- Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) in the UK with a specialism in Science
- At least 2 years of teaching experience
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete one)
- Full-time availability
- 2x professional references
- Right to work in the UK
