Introduction

A truly exciting opportunity to join a business a well established, family-run MSP has just opened. We are looking for someone to assist in the growth and acquisition of new business, as part of a growing the team your role will evolve alongside the company as it expands.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 1-2 days per week in the office in either Derby or Surrey

The Role

The Telesales Representative will be the backbone of the company, directly contributing to the growth and outreach of the business.

With a well-established client base throughout the UK, you will be tasked with hunting for new opportunities and being an advocate for the products and solutions.

Responsibilities.

  • Carry out cold-calling to generate new business leads
  • Utilise sales techniques to drive growth and company outreach
  • Adhere to and overachieve KPIs - 100 calls per day, at least 2 deals per month
  • Maintain and develop industry knowledge, keeping up with market trends
  • Offer consultation and advise clients on the solutions offered by the company

Requirements

  • At least 2 years telesales experience
  • Experience in acquiring new business
  • Experience in cold-calling and lead generation

You must be money-focused, competitive and driven. A true hunter who has the ambition to succeed.

Preferably coming from a strong sales background (industry-specific experience would be ideal!)
