The Training Team organise and coordinate all training activity, online learning materials, SharePoint pages and Skills Matrices for all employees across the business. This role would ideally suit an experienced and tech savvy Training or HR Administrator / Coordinator with strong admin skills.

Salary is £26,000 - £28,000 DOE

Hours of work - 9-5 Monday to Friday

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

  • Coordination of the new starter orientation events on a weekly basis
  • Coordination of ongoing training programmes
  • Organisation of the team calendar
  • Communication of the Skills Matrices
  • Coordination of training invitations and evaluations
  • Coordination of the company SharePoint pages
  • Management of the training records, including attendance, absence and waiting lists
  • Administration and maintenance of the LMS system

ABOUT YOU

  • Training, HR Admin or L & D Admin experience is highly desirable
  • IT savvy including Teams, Word, Excel
  • LMS experience is highly desirable
  • Highly organised, self-motivated
