Cleaning and clearing empty properties to a high standard.
Disposing of items within the properties
Clearing the garden and other areas
Using petrol powered equipment
General grounds maintenance

As a Voids Cleansing Operative, you need:

Experience of undertaking cleaning of domestic properties.
Experience or ability in Gardening Maintenance, and the use of petrol-powered equipment. Experience of removing bulky / heavy refuse in accordance with laid down health and safety procedures.
Knowledge and experience of working within the limits of all Health and Safety legislation relevant to the building industry
