We are looking for a skilled Floor Layer to join our repairs and maintenance team, working across both void and tenanted properties in Nottingham to ensure the delivery of exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out the installation, repair, and maintenance of various floor coverings, including vinyl, tiles, carpets, and laminate flooring
- Inspect, prepare, and make repairs to subfloors and surfaces
- Diagnose and resolve faults in floor coverings
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards
- Work closely with other members of the maintenance team
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Floor Laying or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in floor covering installation
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable working in both void and tenanted properties
The hourly pay rate for this role is 20.37 Ltd (PAYE equivalent 17.37 Inclusive of holiday).
