Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of School to lead our institution into its next phase of growth and excellence. Key Responsibilities:-
Provide strategic leadership and vision to ensure the continued success and growth of the school.

Oversee academic programs, ensuring curriculum excellence and innovation.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative school culture among students, faculty, staff, and parents.

Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of educators and administrative staff.

Manage financial operations, budgeting, and resource allocation to maintain fiscal sustainability.

Engage with stakeholders, including parents, the school board, and the broader community.

Uphold and advance the school’s mission, values, and traditions while adapting to changing educational trends.

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year experience in a senior leadership role within an educational institution.
