• Provide strategic leadership and vision to ensure the continued success and growth of the school.

• Oversee academic programs, ensuring curriculum excellence and innovation.

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative school culture among students, faculty, staff, and parents.

• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of educators and administrative staff.

• Manage financial operations, budgeting, and resource allocation to maintain fiscal sustainability.

• Engage with stakeholders, including parents, the school board, and the broader community.

• Uphold and advance the school’s mission, values, and traditions while adapting to changing educational trends.

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a senior leadership role within an educational institution.

• Proven track record of driving academic and operational excellence.

• Strong financial acumen and experience with school budgeting and resource management.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for education, student achievement, and faculty development.

• Experience in fundraising, community engagement, and institutional advancement is a plus.
