Our client is looking for an experienced Income Officer.
Experienced officer required to take collection/enforcement action on current and former tenant rent arrears, as well as providing general guidance to tenants on the management of their rent accounts. The role will require the successful candidate to be based in the Council's offices, along with visiting tenants in their homes, in an attempt to address their arrears situation, along with representing the Council in the County Court for possession proceedings.
