- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards in the workplace and recommend measures to mitigate risks.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine their root causes and recommend preventive measures.
- Creating RAMS specific to the organisation services.
- Develop and deliver health and safety training programs for employees, ensuring they are aware of potential risks and know how to work safely.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of the workplace to identify safety hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Stay informed about changes in health and safety regulations and standards and ensure the organization's compliance.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in safety processes and practices and recommend and implement corrective actions.
- RIDDOR
- Maintain the organization’s ISO accreditation, prepare for annual audits with external auditors
- Experience of using SharePoint.
- Experience working within a H&S setting previously
- NEBOSH
- Computer literate in software such as Microsoft Outlook Express, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word. (Fulcrum, Office 365, Bolster an advantage)
- GCSE / A Level
- Degree educated (any).
