About The Role

Morrison Telecom Services & Avonline Networks Services operate as Telecommunication Infrastructure Services Companys and are part of the Telecom Division of M Group Services. We work with operators across the UK and Ireland, building and maintaining fixed telecom networks.We are a dynamic company specialising in providing top-tier services to our clients, including Virgin and Openreach and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results through a dedicated and skilled team.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Streetworks Coordinator to join our team at ourEdwaltondepot. The primary focus of this role is to plan, coordinate and execute Streetworks activities from the back office.

The Streetworks team is the central hub for support across an expanding and dynamic telecommunications network that is being delivered on behalf of many high-profile clients working hard to deliver full fibre internet in line with Government initiatives. The coordinator will be responsible for liaising with and coordinating permit requests to local authorities on a national scale.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure delivery of client KPIs/SLAs in a high pressure and target driven environment
Collaborate with local authorities to submit permits for Streetworks activities
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, whilst providing excellent customer service
Maintain accurate records of Streetworks plans, permits, and approvals
Deal with day-to-day issues, escalating to Streetworks Manager as appropriate
Ensure compliance with NRSWA, Codes of Practice, Health & Safety and environmental policies
Person Specification:

Familiarity with Street Works regulations
NRSWA.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
Capability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Competent with MS Suite, especially Excel.
Interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to prioritise own workload.
Can-do attitude in a dynamic team environment.
Effective communication, customer service and interpersonal skills - Written and verbal.
Ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
