Care Practitioner - Make a Difference Everyday!

Hours:

  • Morning Shift: 7:00am - 2:00pm
  • Evening Shift: 4:00pm - 9:00pm
  • Flexibility to work one or both shifts (split shifts available).
  • Work 1 weekend out of every 2.

From personal care and medication assistance to preparing meals and encouraging social activities, you'll be there to ensure they are happy, healthy, and comfortable.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide Personal Care: Help with tasks like showering, dressing, and mobility support, ensuring dignity and comfort at all times.
  • Administer Medication: Support clients with their prescribed medication, following tailored care plans.
  • Meal Preparation: Cook healthy meals that accommodate specific dietary needs.
  • Encourage Independence: Support clients in social and physical activities
  • Health Monitoring: Keep an eye on clients' health and report any concerns
  • Communication: Build strong, positive relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
What You Need:
  • A Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (highly desirable but not essential)
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and every other weekend.
  • Experience in care or a similar role is a plus, but not essential - full training will be provided.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
