Job Description:

One of our prestigious clients, a beautiful, family-owned residential home in the Sandiacre area of Nottingham, is looking for a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join their friendly and hard-working team. You will be providing high-quality day-to-day care, including personal care and respite care, in a relaxed and stimulating home designed to enhance the independence and dignity of the 36 permanent residents while supporting other healthcare assistants.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily activities, including personal care, dressing, and mobility.
  • Foster a warm and supportive environment that promotes the well-being of residents.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure individualised care plans are followed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of observations and activities.

Requirements:

  • 1 year previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant.
  • Compassionate and person-centred approach to care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
