You'll lead by example, managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting the General Manager in driving growth and maintaining a high standard of service. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the venue, ensuring smooth operations
- Support and lead a motivated team, providing training and development opportunities
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered consistently
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and cost management
- Drive and implement marketing campaigns and promotions to maximise venue performance
- Work closely with the General Manager to manage budgets, financial reports, and achieve targets
- Be part of a team that creates a fun, energetic atmosphere with resident DJs and unique cocktails
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Junior GM, AGM, or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Passion for the hospitality industry, with a keen interest in competitive socialising
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- A hands-on approach to management and excellent organisational skills
- An ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational challenges
