Job Title: General Manager – Branded Hotel Group – West Midlands
Salary: Up to £75,000 + Bonus
Location: Nottingham
I am currently recruiting for a General Manager to join this modern branded hotel and leisure group. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing group. As General Manager you will oversee the entire operation of the hotel, leisure centre & restaurant. We are looking for an inspirational leader who is ready to invest in the development of their staff to create the best experience for our guests.

About the position
- Create a strategy to increase revenue
- Create a training and development program for the team
- Ensure KPIs are met
The successful candidate
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Be able to inspire and motivate the team
- Great customer service and fantastic attention to detail
- Have a passion for hospitality
