We are looking for a Mobile HVAC Engineerwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.

As the Mobile HVAC Engineer,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Mobile HVAC Engineer,will be responsible for:

  • You should be capable of delivering to the highest level of service for the client.
  • Answering queries,overseeing planned PPM/compliance works and keeping the client informed of site activities.
  • You will be assisting contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations
  • Completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
  • You should be capable of having a flexible approach to work and working hours,with a pro-active and positive approach to work.
  • You will be expected to effectively prioritise your own workload whilst assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required.

To be successful for this Mobile HVAC Engineer role you must have:

  • The ideal candidate would be qualified at a City & Guilds levelwith experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.
  • You should be committed to the delivery of excellent customer service.
  • You should have a good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance and be able to apply this to the role.
  • It is essential you can carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg
  • Able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment
  • Work at heights
  • UK driving license.
