We are seeking a temporary IT/Digital Lecturer for a further education college in Nottingham. The role involves delivering courses from Level 2 to Level 4. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about IT and digital education and can commit to a 3-week teaching period starting from the 7th of October.

Day-to-day of the role:Deliver engaging and informative lectures in IT/Digital subjects from Level 2 to Level 4.Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials in advance of classes.Assess and mark student work, providing constructive feedback to support their learning.Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and needs within the classroom.Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of the curriculum.

Required Skills & Qualifications:A recognised teaching qualification in the relevant subject area.Experience in delivering IT/Digital courses from Level 2 to Level 4.Strong organisational skills to manage teaching, preparation, and marking within contracted hours.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and colleagues.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
