We have exciting Full time & Part time opportunities for enthusiastic and innovative Lecturers in Health & Social Care to join our diverse, innovate team based at the brand-new City Hub campus.

You will be a responsible and confident teacher who has the skills to inspire both learners and colleagues, with an imaginative approach to teaching that generates creative lessons to fully engage and inspire 16-18 and 19+ students on courses ranging from L1 through to HE.

Experience in the following would be desirable:

  • · Working within the health and social care sector
  • · Experience of teaching CACHE/NCFE
  • · Working in the NHS with the ability to teach anatomy and physiology
  • · Sociology/Psychology teaching experience

The post will be shortlisted against the essential and desirable criteria at application stage from the person specification. The successful candidate will also have passion, drive, determination and vision that shine through to create outstanding learning opportunities. They will have excellent communication skills, have empathy, understanding and the ability to inspire and engage young people to excel and achieve their learning goals. The roles will also include additional duties such as pastoral support, progress monitoring and report writing.
