Your Purpose
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting and maintaining high levels of learner engagement through the preparation and delivery of an innovative and creative curriculum. You will lead 1:1 and small group sessions and contribute to a multi-agency, holistic approach to education that prioritizes health, safety, risk management, and safeguarding.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced and passionate Teaching Assistant eager to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience working with children and young people with additional needs, including ADHD, Autism, and SEN.
- Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in education, health, or social care.
- Be enthusiastic about engaging learners and fostering individual success.
- Believe every child has a bright future and work tirelessly to support their potential.
This role requires travel between sites in the designated locality, so a valid driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.
