Leisure Club Manager Nottingham 36-40K +6K OTE

This is a great opportunity for a leisure club manager to run a premium and well-established 4000 member health and fitness club in Nottingham. The club has a an extensive and well-equipped gym, indoor swimming pool and a comprehensive 100+ class group exercise timetable with plans for further investment in 2025. As the leisure club manager you will be supported by three heads of departments responsible for sales, fitness and operations and a large team of front-line sales, fitness and front of house team members. An ideal background would be a candidate who has a proven track record as a club manager or AGM from leading a fully staffed private members gym or a flagship leisure centre club, key focuses will be:

  • Supporting and developing your team to deliver both service and operational excellence.
  • Confident in leading sales team to meet and exceed challenging sales and activity targets.
  • Experienced managing a significant wetside operation.
  • Strong on health and safety, carrying out risk assessments.
  • Experienced with managing a £1m turnover business.
  • Comfortable working 3-4 duty management shifts and working 1 weekend in 2.

In addition to a basic salary of 36-40K,there is the opportunity to earn £1500 per quarter in bonuses, benefits include 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays.
