We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR team and support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on all human resources-related matters.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts by participating in the recruitment and selection process.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and data.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, CIPD level 5 or considerable demonstrable experience of over 10 years.
