Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on all human resources-related matters.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by participating in the recruitment and selection process.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and data.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, CIPD level 5 or considerable demonstrable experience of over 10 years.
