Super exciting opportunity to join our client who are a large global organisation & their fabulous HR & Payroll team, you will get involved of all aspects of HR with a focus on ER and Project work - some examples of upcoming project work is rebranding contract changes, implementing vehicle trackers, wellness strategy, mental health first aiders and plenty more! If you are looking to get involved in the proactive side of HR this role would suit!!

My client is looking to attract a HR professional who has a strong generalist HR skillset including managing ER casework, as well as previous experience working at Advisor level. You will be CIPD level 3 or 5 qualified ideally with experience of a varied day to day workload. They are looking for a driven and open-minded HR professional who is ready to hit the ground running from day 1, this is a great opportunity for exposure and personal & professional growth.

Duties within the role:
- Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the development of Managers
- Supporting and coaching Managers through investigations, absence reviews, performance related issues, disciplinary and grievance cases
- Provide advice to employees and managers on ER
- Managing absence cases
- Supporting with managing change processes
- Providing KPI data and metrics to support activity
- Compliance administration
- Carrying out reviews on the internal reward and benefits offered
- Extensive project-work
- To provide generalist HR support, coaching and guidance in a competent and confidential manner
- To coach managers on HR procedures
- To actively monitor all absence cases
- Interpret and advise on employment legislation
- Delivery of the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, on boarding and induction, appraisals etc
- Raise offer letters, contracts of employment and amendments
- L&D - identify training needs
