- Generalist HR responsibilities across the organisation, working closely with the HR Manager on a wide array of HR duties
- Manage the ER case-load across the business, supporting line managers with disciplinaries, grievance, absence management and flexible working requests, as well as performance management
- Provide comprehensive HR support to employees and managers across the region, promoting best HR practice
- Manage recruitment processes, including job posting on job boards & social media, interviewing, and on-boarding
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, measuring their effectiveness and compliance to employment law
- Supporting with learning & development across the business.
- Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent (desirable not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to handle confidential information sensitively and professionally
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willing to be office based, with ad-hoc travel to different sites
- Valid UK driving licence
