Are  you an experienced and proactive HR Advisor who is proficient in supporting senior leaders across multiple sites. As a HR Advisor you will play a key role in delivering a professional HR service, particularly in the areas of employee relations, performance management, and absence management.What you will be doing:
  • Provide expert HR advice and support to senior leaders on a range of issues, including attendance, conduct, grievance, and performance matters.
  • Manage your own caseload, ensuring cases are handled efficiently and in line with policies.
  • Lead on the management of sickness absence and welfare, offering insights and advice.
  • Produce attendance reports and support senior leaders through reviews, hearings, and appeals.
  • Advise on investigations related to conduct and grievance matters, ensuring consistency with the organisation’s policies.
  • Deliver training on HR policies and contribute to projects such as restructures and TUPE exercises.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and stay informed on relevant employment legislation.
Requirements:
  • CIPD qualification.
  • Significant HR advisory experience, particularly in case management and employee relations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A good understanding of employment law, with the ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to travel to multiple sites.
