- Provide expert HR advice and support to senior leaders on a range of issues, including attendance, conduct, grievance, and performance matters.
- Manage your own caseload, ensuring cases are handled efficiently and in line with policies.
- Lead on the management of sickness absence and welfare, offering insights and advice.
- Produce attendance reports and support senior leaders through reviews, hearings, and appeals.
- Advise on investigations related to conduct and grievance matters, ensuring consistency with the organisation’s policies.
- Deliver training on HR policies and contribute to projects such as restructures and TUPE exercises.
- Maintain up-to-date records and stay informed on relevant employment legislation.
- CIPD qualification.
- Significant HR advisory experience, particularly in case management and employee relations.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A good understanding of employment law, with the ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel to multiple sites.
