HR Advisor

SF Recruitment are working with a medium sized business who are looking for an experienced, hard working and passionate HR professional to join their team. This is a great development opportunity, as you will work towards their future Business Partner model. You will be in a strong position with the team, gaining significant exposure.

This role is super exciting, with a lot of planned growth through acquisitions, our client are looking for a HR generalist who doesn't want any two days to look the same. You will work really closely with the HRD leading on all operational activity and supporting with strategy as well as get involved in a range of projects. Responsible for supporting managers with a wide range of people issues (performance management, training, disciplinaries, grievances etc), maintaining and developing recruitment and induction solutions to enchase their employer brand on the market & candidate journey. You will also support the HR Director with employee engagement, talent management, reward, employee benefits and much more throughout the business.

It is essential you can display the following to be successful for this role:
- Experienced at advisor level and delivering on all generalist HR day to day activities
- CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified or working towards
- Data driven and have a huge eye for detail
- TUPE experience would be advantageous
- Previous regulated industry experience would be advantageous
